The Case of the Painted Brick

The owner of this lovely ranch-style house in the woods was held hostage by a small area of brick facing.   The red brick was a minor part of the overall surface of the house, yet it kept the owner from embracing her desire for crisp, cool color.

We decided to paint the brick white like the existing windows and paint the siding “cape-cod” blue.  The owner capped the house with a black metal roof, which works beautifully with the new colors.

Want some help wrangling with exterior color decisions?  To me, houses are fun color puzzles.  Give Paint Moxie a call.
